A man parked in the wrong driveway was arrested Sunday for allegedly driving drunk.

The homeowner spotted the car in their driveway on Zoeller Road in the Town of Alden around 10:45 p.m. and yelled at the driver to leave. But the driver flashed the headlights and stayed put, so the homeowner called the sheriff’s office.

Deputies spoke to the driver, 27-year-old Matthew Murray of Cheektowaga, and determined he was drunk. Murray was arrested for aggravated DWI.

He was turned over to a relative and is due back in court at a later date.
