Two separate motorists called the Genesee County Sheriff's Office late Thursday night about a driver who was all over the road.

Around 10:30 p.m., one of the motorists saw the pickup truck traveling east on Route 5 in Batavia and followed the driver. The motorist called deputies and provided dispatchers with the truck's current location and details about the driver's inability to maintain his lane.

Deputies caught up to the truck on West Avenue in Attica, where the driver had stopped in a driveway. The driver, 28-year-old Kenneth Roma, told deputies he was lost and didn't know where he was.

Roma was placed under arrest and charged with DWI, having an uninspected motor vehicle, having a cracked or broken windshield and driving left of the pavement markings.

He is due back in court next month.
