State Police say more alleged victims are coming forward of a massage therapist who is accused of inappropriately touching two people at a spa in Ellicottville.

State Police arrested Daniel Lee on Monday on two counts of forcible touching and two counts of third degree sex abuse. Troopers say two people claim the 40-year-old Ellicottville man inappropriately touched them during a massage at Anew Beginning Massage and Spa on Monroe Street in the village.

Since announcing his arrest, State Police say more alleged victims have come forward and that Lee's victims may fall in a wide area around Ellicottville. Police ask anyone with information pertaining to this investigation to call 716-353-4029.

7 Eyewitness News reached out to Anew Beginning Massage and Spa, but was told the business has no comment. Lee is among three massage therapists listed on their website, where it says Lee graduated from New York Institute of Massage in 2006.
