Warrants have been issued for two people who allegedly robbed a West Seneca gas station and one of those involved is also wanted for sexual abuse.
The Stop and Gas on Clinton Street was robbed last October. The attendant was forced to the ground while the suspects held what appeared to be a gun and then they made off with money from the cash register.
Both Kenneth John, 40, and Shally Seneca, 22, have been identified as suspects and are wanted on robbery and grand larceny charges.
John is also wanted in the Town of Collins for sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawfully dealing with a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.
He should be considered armed and dangerous and his a history of resisting arrest, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal use of a firearm.
Anyone with information on either John’s or Seneca’s whereabouts should call West Seneca Police at 716-674-2280 or the sheriff’s office at 716-858-2903.
