A man suspected in a fatal shooting in Buffalo last month has been taken into custody in Florida.
Jonathan Roman, 20, was arrested Thursday afternoon in New Port Richey, Florida by deputies with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals.
Roman was wanted for second degree murder in the fatal shooting of 20-year-old Cesar Luis Davila-Ramirez on the first block of Hudson Street in Buffalo on November 23.
Roman is being held at a detention center without bond pending extradition.
