A man who was arrested during a drug bust at a home on Bidwell Parkway in the Elmwood Village is now facing federal charges.

Darryl Bagby, a three-time convicted felon, was arrested during the November 25th raid. Inside the home, which is less than a block away from Elmwood Avenue, authorities say they found more than a half pound of cocaine, around $20,000, and two rounds of ammunition.

The 32-year-old was already charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Now the U.S. Attorney's Office has filed federal charges against Bagby for being a felon in possession of ammunition.

Three other people were arrested during the raid. Deputies say they saw a vehicle leaving the residence shortly before the raid. After it was pulled over, the three people inside were arrested on illegal gun and drug charges.
