UPDATE - Salamanca Police say that they have discovered the true identity of the masked man seen in the surveillance picture above, but he won't be facing any charges.

Police say that the owners of the convenience store do not want to press charges against the man who disguised himself with a Batman costume and Captain America mask and stole two 18-packs of Budweiser.

It appears that the costumed crusader caper case is closed.
