A Grand Island man has been charged with DWI following a two-car crash on the island Monday night.
Deputies were called to Baseline and Bedell Roads and say one of the drivers, 47-year-old Murugan Arumugam, was intoxicated. Officers say he refused to take a breath test.
Arumugam was arrested and charged with DWI, unsafe lane change and failure to use designated lane.
