A Cheektowaga man was charged with DWI late Sunday night after a rollover crash on a Rt. 400 off ramp.
Deputies were called around 10:30 p.m. to the Transit Road off ramp in Elma to respond to the accident and found Robert Piasecki walking around the crash scene. Officers say the 25-year-old was drunk and he was placed under arrest.
Piasecki is charged with DWI, operating a vehicle with a .08 or more BAC, unsafe lane change and speeding.
He is due back in court at a later date.
