A Chautauqua County man is facing DWI charges after being stopped early Sunday morning by State Police.
Troopers pulled Zachary Hopkins, 25, of Sinclairville over around 2 a.m. on Third Street in Jamestown. Officers say Hopkins failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of .13 percent.
After being issued appearance tickets, he was released to a sober third party.
