Police say a man attempted a fishy five-finger discount at the Tops in Dunkirk on Christmas Eve.
Troopers say John Herdzik tried to steal two lobster tails and two five-pound packages of shrimp from the grocery store.
The 30-year-old Dunkirk man was arrested for petit larceny.
