A man was arrested on a limo bus after police say he strangled a person and threatened to kill members of their family.
Joshua Gaudioso was arrested on December 6. Police say the 26-year-old Batavia resident was on a limo bus with the victim when he got into a domestic incident and strangled the victim. He also allegedly threatened to kill several members of the victim’s family.
Gaudioso was arrested and charged with second degree harassment and second degree strangulation.
After being arraigned he was taken to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
No other details were released by police.
