A Town of Niagara man is accused of raping a woman while repeatedly punching her in the face.
Jerald Lasher, 26, is charged with first degree rape, a felony, and third degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor. He was arrested Monday by State Police.
Troopers say he forcefully raped the victim while repeatedly punched her in the face.
Lasher is being held in the Niagara County Jail on $25,000 bail.
