Troopers say a snowmobiler they stopped around 1 a.m. Monday morning was driving drunk.
Brandon Cessna, 35, of Mayville was stopped on his snowmobile on Rt. 394 in the Town of Chautauqua. Troopers say his sled was unregistered and uninsured.
Cessna reported failed field sobriety tests and troopers say a breath test showed his BAC to be .26 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit.
Cessna is charged with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated.
