A 28-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly attacking a woman inside a Chautauqua County office building during a domestic dispute.
Officers were called to the South County Office Building in Jamestown around 11:30 a.m. last Tuesday on reports of a fight inside a second floor bathroom.
Police found Ryan Singh attacked a woman inside the bathroom, injuring her. A county employee came to the woman’s aid and separated her and Singh. Police say Singh injured the county employee by trying to force open a door the county employee was holding shut.
Singh was found a short distance from the building and charged with second degree harassment, third degree assault and second degree unlawful imprisonment.
