A man who deputies say tried to break into a pharmacy has been arrested.
On February 28, the sheriff’s office was called to Spring Creek Pharmacy in Springville, where they found someone had broken a window and damaged a back door trying to get in.
A K9 officer tracked the suspect and found a pile of clothing left behind, but the suspect was gone.
After reviewing surveillance video, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Travis Neu, 26, of Delavan. He was taken into custody Thursday and gave a voluntary statement about his involvement in the attempted burglary as well as an incident at Fiddlers Green in July 2015.
Neu is charged with felony attempted burglary and felony criminal mischief for the incident at Spring Creek Pharmacy, as well as petit larceny for the incident at Fiddlers Green.
He’s due back in court on April 15.
