An Allegany County man has been arrested for allegedly selling prescription drugs.
Jeffrey Nendza is charged with two counts each of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies say the 31-year-old Fillmore man sold prescription pills to undercover agents on two separate occasions in the Town of Hume.
