A 22-year-old man has been arrested on charges of raping a 15-year-old victim.
State Police arrested Nicholas Brooks of Portville after a nine-month investigation. Troopers say there was no previous relationship between Brooks and the victim before the alleged rape.
Brooks was arrested Friday and charged with third degree rape, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is currently under the supervision of Cattaraugus County Probation and an order of protection has been issued for the victim.
