A southern tier man is accused of sexually abusing a relative over a period of eight years.
Traven Holmes was arraigned Monday and pleaded not guilty to first degree course of sexual conduct against a child, first degree criminal sex act, first degree incest, first degree sex abuse and forcible touching.
The Cattaraugus County District Attorney’s Office says the 27-year-old Delevan man molested a relative who was between 8- and 9-years-old starting in 2006 and going through this year.
