A Lockport man has been arrested on charges of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
David Drury, 20, was arrested last Friday following an investigation by State Police, who say Drury had images he received from a Canadian citizen.
No further details were released by troopers, but to be guilty of "possession of a sexual performance by a child" would mean Drury had, knowing it was inappropriate, or intends to view sexual conduct by a child less than 16 years of age.
Drury was arraigned in Town of Lockport Court and is due in City Court at a later date.
