A librarian from the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District is being investigated for alleged inappropriate online conduct with a student.
The employee, who was still in a probationary period, allegedly exchanged inappropriate Instagram posts with a student. At this time, the man is not facing charges but the investigation is continuing.
In a statement, the district said:
“The Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District is prevented from discussing personnel matters. In any matter that involves allegations of possible misconduct, the District works extremely closely with law enforcement and takes all appropriate steps.”
