A Buffalo man is accused of raping a child younger than 16-years-old.
Investigators say 52-year-old Michael Austin repeatedly raped a young woman. He has been arraigned on four counts of second degree rape, two counts of third degree rape and one count of endangering the life of a child.
Austin pleaded not guilty to the charges and is in custody under $250,000 bail.
If convicted of the charges, Austin faces a maximum of 36 years in prison.
