Orchard Park police have arrested a man they say was involved in a hit and run, Thursday night.
They found a lot more than they expected when they caught up with him.
Police arrested Daniel Gorham from Derby. He was caught after allegedly fleeing a crash on Southwestern Boulevard and California Road, about 9 p.m. They say he was drunk and failed a sobriety test, at nearly twice the legal limit.
Police say he has a history of drinking and driving. Gorham's license has been revoked three times for DWI. Gorham, police say, must drive a car with an ignition interlock device, but the Jeep he was driving didn't have one.
Gorham is locked up on $10,000 bond and is due back in court next week.
