A former Jamestown cop is facing federal charges after allegedly threatening two people in an online forum.
Michael Bush, 35, is charged with transmitting communication containing a threat to injure the person of another. He will face a detention hearing on Thursday.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, on February 26, Bush posted a threat on the Jamestown, New York Topix forum page against two people.
If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.
