State Police in Olean arrested five men after a home invasion Sunday morning.
Police say 16-year-old Michael Flynn and 20-year-old Logan Shearer forced their way into a home on Castle Drive in the Town of Allegany.
The two then got into a physical altercation with one of the residents in the home. The resident suffered minor injuries.
Police say the other three men were with Flynn and Shearer at the home but they waited outside. Those men have been identified as 22-year-old Thomas Embs, 18-year-old Todd Childs, and 17-year-old Martial Cossairt.
Flynn and Shearer are charged with first degree burglary. Embs, Childs, and Cossairt are charged with fourth degree conspiracy. All five suspects were arraigned in the Town of Carrollton Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
The case is still under investigation.
