Deputies were called to the dorms at Niagara County Community College for a fight involving a stabbing, but ended up arresting three men for a robbery.

The call came in around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Deputies say they found two people on campus who had been cut during the fight, but none of the participants involved were cooperative or wanted to press charges.

However, during the course of their investigation, deputies learned the fight started as retribution for an earlier robbery. Officers located the robbery victim, who said three men came into his dorm room, attacked him and stole $200.

Devonte Mull, 22; Norman Fullenwider, 18; and Rodney Scales, 21; all of Buffalo, were arrested and charged with second degree robbery.

All three were taken to the Niagara County Jail, where they’re being held on $10,000 each.
