A Dunkirk woman is facing serious charges. Police say she was driving drunk with two kids in the car.
Dunkirk police say Shaunquailia Maxwell was in an accident Tuesday night, on East Fifth Street and Washington Avenue. They say she left the scene, but was found a few blocks away running into a home.
The two kids in the car, police say, were just left there.
Maxwell is charged with DWI, Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of two children.
Police say she refused to take a breath test.
