A Depew man is accused of driving drunk after crashing into a police vehicle early Sunday morning.
Just before 4 a.m., officers were on Rt. 33 East near Grider Street where two vehicles and been involved in a collision. While there, police say a 22-year-old man crashed into one of their vehicles.
The driver, whose name was not released, was arrested and charged with DWI and criminal possession of marijuana.
No one was hurt.
