A Dewittville man was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident Wednesday.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office said Dustin D. Wilson, 30, allegedly grabbed a woman by her hair and attempted to throw her to the ground while she was holding a small child.
A warrant was issued for Wilson's arrest.
He was arrested and arraigned in Town of North Harmony Court.
Wilson was released on his own recognize and will appear in Town of Ellery Court to answer charges at a later date.
