A man is facing charges in Genesee County for allegedly having oral sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy.
Joel Shorts was arrested on Wednesday and charged with third degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say the incident happened at Darien Lake Amusement Park.
The 55-year-old Canisteo resident was released after being arraigned.
