A father is under arrest after police say his soiled toddler was found walking very close to the street.
Medina Police were called to an address around 9am on June 10 in reports of a small boy walking near the street. Officers say they found the toddler walking in his pajamas with no shoes on. The 22-month-old had soiled himself.
Officers went to the boy’s home and spoke with his father, 30-year-old Darrell Shine Jr. Police say Shine had fallen asleep and left the child unattended for around an hour.
Shine was arrested and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17.
