Buffalo Police need your help finding a credit card thief, and it could mean up to a $1,000 reward.
Detectives say the man seen in this photo broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole her purse. He then used a credit card to purchase around $1,900 in merchandise from stores in South Buffalo.
