A Southern Tier man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse.
John Wesner, 40, of Portageville was arrested following a joint investigation by the Allegany County District Attorney’s Office and Child Protective Services.
Wesner is charged with second degree course of sexual conduct against a child, second degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
No further details were release.
Wesner was taken to the Allegany County Jail on $50,000 bail.
