A little girl died Tuesday afternoon after being pulled from water inside a home in Buffalo.
An autopsy was conducted Wednesday. The Medical Examiner found the little girl drowned and determined it was accidental.
She was found around 2 p.m. Tuesday on Peoria Street. Police say she was not in a bathtub, only saying she was "in water in the bathroom."
Sources said "several other family members" were at the home when the baby drowned. The BPD, DA and CPS continues to investigate this case.
BPD said charges in this "tragic accident" aren't likely, but could that change pending CPS investigation? We're keeping our eye on it @WKBW

A GoFundMe page has been started by the little girl's niece, but it does not provide more information about her death.
