Deputies in Genesee County arrested a Byron man early Friday morning for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs.
Jeffrey Shultz, 21, was pulled over shortly before 2 a.m. after deputies say they saw him cross the pavement markings. Shultz was allegedly under the influence of drugs and was arrested for first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was also charged with not having an inspection certificate and driving to the left of pavement markings.
He will be arraigned in Byron Town Court on February 15.
