The streets around the Niagara County Courthouse in Lockport were closed for hours on Friday after someone made a bomb threat.
Authorities say a bomb threat was phoned into court shortly after 1:30 p.m. The four streets that surround the building were shut down as a bomb sniffing dog made its way to the courthouse.
Eventually, the Niagara and Erie County Sheriff Office and State Police were all on scene and the search went on for at least three hours.
As of 4:30 p.m. on Friday, the roads around the courthouse were still closed, but there is no word on anything being found inside.
