A medical condition prevented an alleged thief from making off with his stolen wares.
Lackawanna Police were called to Railroad Avenue last week after a man called for medical assistance. Officers found Neil McKinnon, 55, inside an antique railroad car in need of help.
Right next to McKinnon was a duffel bag full of parts stolen from other cars, according to police.
McKinnon was treated and then arrested. He’s charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth degree criminal mischief, and third degree criminal trespass.
