A drunk driving suspect apparently thought his mug shot was the perfect time to make a goofy face.
State Police pulled over Jonathan Premo on I-90 in Stafford in Genesee County around 11pm on Saturday for speeding. Troopers say the 32-year-old Rochester man was drunk and had a BAC of .18 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
He was taken to the barracks after his arrest, where Premo made a face while getting his mug shot taken. He’s charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor.
Premo was released to a third party and is due back in court later this month.
