An Orleans County man already locked up on charges of using drugs and alcohol to prey on young girls is now facing child porn charges.

David Perry Sr. of Kendall is accused of having around 15,000 images of child porn on a computer and hard drive that were found in his home. Authorities say many of the images found were of children between the ages of 2 and 9.

Perry was arrested in March on charges the 67-year-old forced young girls to smoke pot and drink alcohol to the point of becoming impaired and intoxicated.

Investigators say Perry would then make them undress and perform various criminal sexual acts and sexual abuse. Deputies believe Perry also took pictures of the young teens in various states of undress.

According to investigators, the abuse happened over a several month period in 2015 and involved five girls ranging in age from 13 to 15.

Perry is charged with four counts of child endangerment, 15 counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 16 years of age, as well as third degree sex abuse and third degree criminal sexual act.

The District Attorney's Office is working with federal prosecutors and Perry may have federal charges.
