Alden man blows .27 BAC after crash, police say

An Alden man is facing some serious charges after police say he drove drunk and hit three parked cars.

New York State Police say Curtiss Cummings was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI.  During a field sobriety test, police say his blood alcohol content registered at .27 percent.

Cummings was also charged with having marijuana.

Police don't say where this crash happened.

Cummings was arrested and released.  He's due to answer to the charges, in Town of Newstead court, at a later date.
