Police have arrested a man they say was disabling and tampering with outdoor power, cable and water main lines, as well as security systems across the Village of Albion.

Albion Police say 51-year-old Tracy Damico mainly targeted businesses and homes around West Avenue. Through their investigation, police have concluded that Damico was retaliating against individuals and businesses he felt had "wronged him."

Police say he went on this rampage in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve.

Damico is charged with three counts of fourth degree criminal mischief, three counts of first degree criminal tampering, and one count of third degree criminal mischief. He is currently in the Orleans County Jail on $10,000 bail.
