A West Falls woman is now facing a list of charges after being arrested on DWI charges for the 6th time.
Orchard Park Police say Judith Vergien, 58, was weaving in and out of the lanes of Transit Road, early Wednesday morning.
Police say Vergien's vehicle registration was already suspended and her driver's license was revoked from a previous DWI conviction.
Vergien was arrested and charged with DWI, felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, failure to stay in the lane and failure to surrender her license after revocation.
