A 22-year-old Niagara Falls resident is facing more than 40 charges for allegedly breaking into vehicles in Chestnut Ridge Park.
Deputies say Coty Vaughn broke car windows and opened unlocked doors to steal wallets, purses and other personal items from people visiting the park over the last month.
Late last month, Vaughn was identified as a suspect. He was arrested Tuesday and charged with 49 separate counts of petit larceny, felony grand larceny and felony criminal mischief charges.
