New York State Police say a man has been arrested after driving with a blood-alcohol level more than three-times the legal limit.
Clarence troopers arrested 23-year-old Curtiss L. Cummings of Alden after they say he crashed his vehicle into three parked cars. Troopers administered field sobriety tests, and say he had a blood-alcohol level of .27 percent.
The legal limit in New York is .08 percent for people 21-years of age and older.
Cummings was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI as well as unlawful possession of marijuana. He was later released, given a return court date in the Town of Newstead.
