Buffalo Police arrested a man in connection with several incidents of stolen tires in the last three months in the Allentown-west side area.
Police say Hector Santiago, 19, was charged with stealing tires off vehicles in at least five instances on Fargo Avenue, Richmond Avenue, Ashland Avenue and Maryland Street between October and early January.
Officers also say Santiago has been charged with multiple counts of grand larceny.
Police say private surveillance video was a key role in the arrest.
