A 73-year-old woman was arrested for DWI Wednesday morning.
State Police say Betty Lewis was arrested after investigations revealed she had a .21 BAC when she caused a car crash on April 26.
According to troopers, Lewis failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of ST 417 and Madison Street around 4:30 p.m., causing an unmarked NYSP car to hit her.
The trooper driving the car and Lewis were both taken to Jones Memorial Hospital at the time for injuries from the crash.
State Police say no emergency lights were activated during or before the crash.
