Niagara Falls Police are investigating after a 13-year-old was hit by a car Thursday evening.
Police say the teenager ran into traffic on Hyde Park Boulevard in front of Gaskill Preparatory School. She was hit by a 39-year-old woman who told police she saw the girl run in front of her car at the last second, and wasn't able to stop.
Police say the girl was unconscious briefly after the accident, and was taken to Women and Children's Hospital as a precaution.
