A plea deal is in the world for suspended Buffalo Police Officer Robert Eloff.
Eloff faces federal civil rights charges. He's accused of handcuffing Bill Sager the night Sager was pushed down a flight of stairs at Molly's Pub back in 2014.
Eloff was working security at the bar off-duty when Sager was pushed. Eloff is also accused of handcuffing Sager's friend Donald Hall for no reason.
