The suspect in a Monday night murder in Niagara Falls is now in police custody.
Chamia Nicole Johnson, 34, turned herself in to police at 1 p.m. Tuesday to face charges of second-degree murder.
Police say Johnson fatally stabbed Antoine Mallory, 39, around 10 p.m. at the Monteagle Ridge Estates on Hyde Park Boulevard. Mallory was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where he died a short time later.
The couple have two children together.
