Pegula Sports and Entertainment has purchased a building at the corner of Perry and Illinois Streets in Bufallo's Cobblestone District.
The firm says it bought the building through an affiliate company and as of right now will not make public what it plans to do with the property. It does say however that future development of the site is now in the early planning stages.
The move, according to the firm's announcement, is part of the company's plan to contribute to the future growth of Canalside and nearby neighborhoods.
There is no word yet on what the property sold for.
